Since inception, Richmond has embraced the role of planning with early stage companies.
We understand the challenges that start ups and small companies face when it comes to finding and setting up their first facility or moving up to the next early stage facility. We understand that at this level, capital needs to be spent on development of the science and technology, not overpriced facilities.
Over the last two decades we have helped countless companies develop specific criteria for finding and setting up a new facility. Based on our specialized experience and technical understanding of the planning and construction of research facilities, we have developed a methodical approach to assisting clients in their facility search.
The approach establishes how much space is needed, what level of infrastructure is required to support the facility, how much it is going to cost and how long it will take to turn over the keys. At the conclusion of a Building Evaluation assignment, the client is armed with a building-by-building comparison and the key data required to make an informed decision before signing a lease.
Our goal is to provide early stage companies with the critical support, advice and data required for them to make informed decisions during this phase of the business. By offering this service, we strive to establish long-term relationships with new clients by demonstrating that we are committed to providing services and solutions that are in the best interest of the company.
